I am interested in the journey. Not just to give you a meal plan and send you on your way, but to meet regularly and help support you to eat intuitively and without an eating disorder. This requires patience and time to slowly build things up. The initial consultation is to understand where you are at now, what your goals are and to device a plan, including frequency of additional support. I often encourage the use of an app so that I can provide support additional to our consultation.
