These energy balls are a perfect snack pre- and post-workout, providing carbohydrates for energy and protein for muscle recovery. Low in sugar and suitable for all dietary preferences, including vegan. These are made using oats, dried cranberries, peanut butter, ground flaxseeds, chopped hazelnuts and apple puree, but you can add/remove ingredients as preferred.
