  • 2 weetabix
  • ½ cup milk (dairy/soya/oat)
  • 5 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter/biscoff/nutella/chopped nuts/seeds
  • 1 banana/2 chopped dates/tbsp chopped nuts/seeds
  • handful berries


  • Crush weetabix in container and add milk
  • Combine peanut butter with yogurt and spread over the top of the weetabix mixture
  • Place in fridge overnight
  • In the morning, add sliced banana or topping of choice + berries
